All of our products can be ordered online and we accept payment by credit or debit card via PAYPAL.
Security is of the utmost importance when shopping online. At Nobuntu we are committed to providing our customers with a secure shopping environment.

We use PayPal as our payment processing solution and do not see or handle your card details at anytime. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your payment information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal's servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.

If you prefer to pay by cheque, please submit details of your order including product details, colour specification and/or size via mail and make your cheque payable to Nobuntu. Please send this to 13 Swan Island Harbour, Strawberry Vale, Twickenham TW1 4RP. Please be advised that if your are paying by cheque your order can only be sent out once this has cleared.

Delivery:

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 days for delivery from placing your order. Our standard delivery within the UK is £4.50 which includes postage and packaging. All orders over £50 are presently free.

Delivery outside the UK is between £5.50 for Europe and £9.50 for remainder of the world. This includes packaging costs. Items are sent via Airmail and usually take 3-7 days for most destinations, but please allow up to 14 days in busy periods.

Returns:

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. We will exchange or refund any item you are not entirely happy with provided it is returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. We regret that postage & packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded in all circumstances. If the return is required as a result of our error, we will happily refund both the outbound & the return postage charges. In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Product Descriptions:

We have taken every care to ensure that product descriptions and photographs are accurate, but please note that there could be minor colour or size variations as most of our products are handmade.

Availability:

We endeavour to carry all items in stock for immediate dispatch. However, we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock and if your choice is out of stock we will advise you of expected delivery and allow you to proceed with your order, remove the item from your order, or substitute the item before processing.

Prices:

We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.

Privacy Policy:

The personal information we collect during the ordering process such as your name, address, telephone number and email address is kept securely and only used to contact you.
If you have requested to be on our email mailing list, we will send our newsletters to you via email. Nobuntu does not sell customer information to any third parties and abide by the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act, 1998.
